Tysha Goodbrother was born to Andros Goodbrother and Myra Saltcliffe. She has a twin named Tysane. She captains the Mist Runner, a large warship. Unlike her sister, she is playful and immature. She is also known to be quite fiendish, along with her crew.

Appearance[]

Tysha is of slender build like her father, and is very quick. Her eyes are grey, and her hair is long and black, she often keeps it in a braid. Although, she is attractive, her attire says otherwise, usually clad in leather and mail of dark colors.

History[]

Tysha was born on Hammerhorn, along with her sister Tysane. She never knew her mother, due to her death a year after Tysha's birth. This promptly forced Andros to raise them, something he never wanted to do, preferring a son over a daughter. Andros taught them how to fight, when other girls were learning how to be a lady. Tysane was a slow learner, often failing at using an axe, while Tysha excelled in her father's training. Tysha favored the axe, and always fought savagely, often severely wounding her training partners. When she was younger, she often challenged other boys to contests: jumping off the cliffs of Great Wyk, or fights, she always tried to be better than the rest.

When taught to sail, she learned how to captain ships before Tysane, earning one of her father's warships, the Mist Runner for her to captain personally. She picked her own crew soon after she received her ship; an unsavory lot, but undoubtedly loyal to their captain.

Tysha has a dark side, that shows itself every once in awhile. It may be violent outbursts, random brawls or sudden bloodlust. Not many people recognize it, except her father, but mostly her crew, who almost fear her.

Quotes[]

" Tysane is a natural born leader, charismatic, willful, and an outstanding warrior. Tysha on the other hand, is a whole other beast. She is utterly ruthless, testy, and unpredictable. I have seen her best one of my veteran soldiers in combat, which scares me and pleases me at the same time."
