King Robb Stark was the Lord of Winterfell and King of Winter in the years following the War of the Five Kings. He was the eldest son of Lord Eddard Stark and Lady Catelyn Tully. His descendants make up the royal family of House Stark.

History

Robb Stark was one of the main combatants in the War of the Five Kings, sparked after the execution of his father, Eddard Stark, at the hands of Joffery Baratheon. During the war he negotiated an alliance with House Frey to secure crossing over the twins. The conditions of this agreement were that Robb was to wed Roslin Frey and his sister, Arya, was to wed Elmar Frey. After lifting the siege of Riverrun, Robb is named King in the North by his Northern and Riverlord bannermen.

Robb would be largely successful during his War of Northern Independence, after a successful campaign in the Westerlands against the Lannisters and repelling the Ironborn in the Ironborn Invasion of the North. Robb would eventually reach a peace with the newly victorious King Renly Baratheon, in the aftermath of the War of the Five Kings, winning his country men their independence from the Iron Throne. His Kingdom would eventually grow, as his good-brother and his sister swore the Vale to him, and his friend Theon Greyjoy worked to negotiate the surrender of The Iron Islands to the North.

Robb would also be of great assistance to the Night's Watch throughout the years, having answered his brother Jon Snow's calls for assistance against the Wildling army of Mance Rayder.

Robb would eventually pass peacefully in the North in the year 341 AC. He was succeeded by his grandson, Brandon, and Brandon by his son, Edderion who rules as the King in the North, Trident, Mountains and Islands.
